Custom Cotton Face Masks
We have been manufacturing our own travel face masks, including the most popular Country Flag Face Mask for a while now.
It all started with the requirement to wear a face mask when outdoors in Slovakia during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many skilled locals were suddenly out of work and sewing, knitting and embroidering masks became a way to sustain their basic life. Over time companies started to approach us to get custom masks manufactured for them, so here we are.
Mask Propertites
- Embroidered Country Flag, National emblem or any other custom pattern; various base colors available
- Anti-dust, pollution, allergy, ash, etc.
- Made with breathable non-irritating 100% cotton (OEKO-TEX standard certified)
- Washable and reusable
- Elegant fit, stretchable ear loop and convers mouth and nose
- 2 basic shapes (oval and rectangle) – or any other custom shape
What is the process?
We first discuss what your requirements are over e-mail or via telephone. Then we provide you with a quote as well as a delivery timeframe.
How long does it take?
Depending on the type and complexity, it takes anywhere from a few days to about a week to create a complete product.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Usually at least 20 masks in the same design. Smaller quantities can certainly be ordered for a higher unit cost.
Where are the masks manufactured?
We design and manufacture our products locally in Slovakia – the heart of Europe.
